Lauren is the founder and director of LDL Consulting Inc.

A proven and trusted advisor, she leads a team of experienced strategy, program management, and digital leaders dedicated to life-saving missions. With over three decades of experience and a global strategic partner network, Lauren delivers world-class strategy, program management, and digital consulting leadership across the Defense and commercial sectors.

Delivers extensive expertise in strategic planning, analysis, development, and brand/communication delivery. Over the past 30 years, she has served in executive leadership roles, overseeing administrative, financial, and operational activities to resolve critical issues and drive efficient decision-making. She also leads Aerospace and Defense and supporting commercial missions digital communications initiatives and contributes to advisory teams focused on advancing innovation, training, capture management, organizational change, program execution, and business management — all supporting mission success and warfighter readiness.
